How to Use:

Comb, scrape, and massage from head to toe.

How to scrap your whole body from head to toe with a comb:

Comb your head. First comb from the top of your head to the back of your head, then comb the sides of your head from forward to back. As you comb, you will find areas of discomfort. Keep combing and the discomfort will subside. There will be sore or sensitive areas of your head, this is normal. Apply pressure from gentle to slightly forceful. The pressure should be as strong as is tolerable.

Generally, people with poor sleep will have pain on the top of the head, and those with poor eyesight will have discomfort in the back of the head. Scrape slowly and let the strength of the scrape penetrate. It may be uncomfortable at first, but after a month of scraping, the discomfort will subside.

Scrape the arm. Scrape from top to bottom on the outside of the arm. You can scrape the large intestine meridian, the small intestine meridian, the Sanjiao meridian and the lung meridian at one time. People with skin allergies may feel very uncomfortable when scraping near the elbow area (Qu Chi, LI 11). It will be relieved after a period of time.

Scrape the liver and gallbladder meridians. Scrape from the armpit to top of the hip. People who are stressed easily and often angry are recommended to scrape more here.

Scrape the abdominal area. Scrape laterally from navel to the top of the hip. Scraping this area can ease constipation, bloating and indigestion.

Scrape clockwise around navel. Scraping this area can also ease constipation, bloating and indigestion.

Scrape your legs. Scrape your thigh, the outer side of the calf (gallbladder meridian). Scrape around your knee (stomach meridian). Scrape your calf (bladder meridian). Scraping these areas will help local area pain as well as low back pain, and leg cramps.

Scrape your face. You can apply massage oil first if you like. Scrape from the center of your brow (Yintang) up to the hairline. This eases headache and has a calming effect. Scrape the eyebrow bone and the eye socket area. This improves eye health. Then scrap the nasolabial folds. This improves skin tone and acts as anti-aging technique.
